VIA 57 - Bjarke Ingels Group
Please join the Harvard Architecture and Urban Society Alumni Group for a tour of the Via 57, a new rental building on the west side design by Bjarke Ingles. Bjarke Ingles has describes the unique massing as “the lovechild of a courtyard building and a skyscraper.” The structure will reach 32 stories and 460 feet into the air. The building will host 709 apartments, 142 of which will rent for below market prices.
The tour will be led by David Brown AIA, an Associate at BIG, and the lead architect on the W57 project as well as Joy Habian, VP of Marketing at Durst.
There is limited availability for this event so please let us know if you can not attend. We will meet in the leasing office located on the on the 2nd floor.
